Hi!,and welcome back to Part 2 of  The Epicurean Mariner… Today, I will tantalise your taste buds, get you perspiring, and warm you up on the inside with another one of my heartwarming Hungarian recipes.,”Hungarian Hot Fish Soup”

Ok; to get started,.. Take some of your favourite fresh fish fillets, cut up in to cubes, then whilst you prepare vegetables, heat your olive oil up in a shallow frypan, then add fish cubes with finely chopped up garlic. Fry this mix for 3 to 4 minutes on medium to high heat setting.. Your fish garlic mix should be nice and caramalised by this time.

Pour contents from frypan into a seperate bowl.Proceed to chop up two onions and dice into rings… Add onion rings to hot olive oil into frypan and fry onions until nice and brown..Proceed to add this to your fish garlic mix already put aside.

Now, chop up some pre cooked baby potatoes and add desired amount to a pot and add the following to the pot:,

350 ml of carbanet/sauvignon, 500ml of spring Water, One tablespoon of salt, one to two tablespoons of hot paprika powder.

boil this mix whilst stirring liquid, add the pre cooked fish/garlic/onion mix. Keep on stirring the entire contents whilst bringing to boil.

Taste results.!!!! Finally add a little sour cream to the top of your served up bowl of Soup.
